The logistics for our move entirely changed 48 hours prior to our scheduled move date. We had very tight windows for moving out of our old house and getting into our new house. Royal Moving worked very hard to reschedule our move and still stay inside those windows. The movers came to the house, loaded two trucks, and moved us into our new house 70 miles away in the same day. The entire team worked hard and made our move a success.

I was provided with the best service a customer could wish for when I moved from DC to Florida. From the moment I contacted Royal Moving to the delivery of the things they were outstanding. The pricing was excellent as well and when the size and weight exceeded the estimate I had, Vlad worked with me to find a good solution. I hired the full packaging service and 4 employees came to my home and did a very good and quick job. To my surprise, because I was told it might take longer, I was called two days after the move letting me know that they were ready to deliver the boxes and furniture the following day, and this time the crew was excellent as well. As I asked to deliver some things at a house and also at a storage facility the boxes were marked accordingly. One day after I received the boxes that were marked house I noticed that I was missing some things. I called the wonderful Vlad and she told me that she was going to contact a partner company to help me look into the boxes that were in the storage - at no charge to me. Since they were booked, she suggested a place I could call to get the help I needed, sending her the bill. And sure enough I found the things that were misplaced. I have only good things to say about this company. Moving is not an easy task but Royal Moving made it very easy for me, all in less than a week! THANK YOU!!!
