Yes. A confidentiality agreement is standard on a private move and is signed before any work begins. It covers the company and the crew assigned to you. If your team prefers to use your own NDA, we are glad to review and sign it.
2. Who will actually be in my home on move day?
A vetted, background-checked crew of our own employees, not day labor pulled in for the job. The same coordinator manages the move start to finish, so you are dealing with known people rather than a rotating cast, and the crew works under the same confidentiality agreement.
3. Can you use unmarked trucks and move at off-hours?
Yes to both. Unmarked vehicles are available on request so there is no branded van drawing attention, and we can schedule early mornings, evenings, or weekends to avoid foot traffic and onlookers. We set the window around your routine and, where there is one, your security detail.
4. Will you coordinate with my security or management team?
Often that is exactly how a private move runs. Your coordinator can work directly with an assistant, estate manager, or security detail on access, timing, and routing, so you only have to be as involved as you want to be. We are used to fitting into an existing plan rather than running our own.
5. Is this only for celebrities?
No. The same discreet handling suits executives, public officials, athletes, and any private client who simply wants their move kept confidential, whether the concern is publicity, security, or just privacy. If keeping the move quiet matters to you, this is the service for it.
