1. How quickly can you respond to an emergency move?
Response time depends on the market, the time of night, and crew availability. In most markets we can dispatch within one to two hours of a confirmed booking. When you call, we tell you honestly how quickly we can be there. We do not promise a response time we cannot keep, but we do keep the phone answered around the clock so the conversation can happen immediately.
2. Is the price higher for overnight or after-hours moves?
After-hours and overnight moves may carry an adjusted rate to account for crew scheduling and overnight operations. Whatever the rate is, it is told to you clearly before you confirm the booking. There are no surprise charges revealed when the crew arrives. The price you agree to is the price you pay.
3. Can you store my belongings if I need to be out tonight but the new place is not ready?
Yes. In displacement situations it is common for the new address to not be available yet. We pick up from the current location, move everything to access-controlled storage, and deliver to the new address when you are ready. It removes the pressure of needing a destination on the same night as the emergency.
4. Is a 24/7 move the same quality as a daytime move?
Yes. The crew is trained to the same standard regardless of the hour. Furniture is padded and wrapped, items are loaded and unloaded carefully, and assembly is handled at the destination. We do not send a lesser crew because it is late. The time of day changes the dispatch logistics; it does not change the quality of the work.
5. Can you move me over a holiday weekend?
Yes. Holiday weekends are among the most common times for time-pressured moves: leases end, new jobs start the Tuesday after a long weekend, and families need to be settled before the school term resumes. Book in advance when you can, as holiday crews fill quickly. Same-day holiday availability depends on the market, but we always answer the phone.
