Overall good experience. I was disappointed that after I had called ahead and reserved a trailer for my specific vehicle model that they never asked if I had electrical ready for the trailer lights. However, they did install a wiring kit for me the next day for $100. It cost me a day, but they were professional and helpful.

An excellent professional service provided by Royal Moving team. Service was indeed undertaken with a smile. We were packed and delivered to our new address by an extremely hard working team. There were no damages or losses. I would definitely recommend this company to others. One slight criticism was an unexpected increase in the charge that had been quoted originally but given the amount of work involved this was not a major issue for us.

Long Distance Moving The only time I'm ever motivated enough to write a review is when I get to experience truly outstanding service, which is a reason why my reviews are all 5/5. I moved from Philadelphia to New Mexico without any issues. Many companies just miss the fact that outstanding service does NOT mean scoring 100% in one area only to let customers down in other areas, however slight. From my perspective, TRULY outstanding service is when a company successfully lives up to its brand and reputation throughout the ENTIRE customer experience - from initial contact and negotiation to final thank you's and goodbye's. I highly recommend Royal Moving Movers if you are moving across the country.

Pretty good all around. Comprehensive quote, good communication, nice movers! Only complaint is the estimated time went over by several hours...sometimes the movers needed a little direction. Would use again!
