From the beginning Vlad Carole took excellent care of my requests and needs. They were extremely flexible in scheduling which constantly changed due to other work being done on my house. They not only moved my furniture but they stored it at their facility and returned it to my home in the excellent condition in which it was received. William constantly checked to ensure the moving crew had arrived and that everything was going smoothly. The crew that picked up the furniture and returned it were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable re the most efficient moving tactics. one item was moved in the wrong location it was too big for my husband and I to move it. I called Vlad and the very same day she sent a crew over to move the item per my specifications. My experience exceeded my expectations since this is my first time utilizing recommendations from Thumbtack. I can't leave out the reasonable price of everything. I heartily recommend Royal Moving for all your moving/storage needs.

Yes, they are as good as the reviews say. They were recommended by relatives who used them for two moves. My move to VA was my 3rd move in the past 3 years. Royal Moving came on time, efficiently moved everything, setup my furniture in my new home, etc all without one problem. No stress. No hidden fees. No unpleasant surprises!
