Greg and his team were great from beginning to end. I've moved many times over the last decade and Royal Moving was the best value possible for the outstanding service and care. He was very responsive through the entire process and I never felt there were hidden costs. If I move again I will call Royal Moving first. I moved a 2.5 bedroom into a single family house. They did a great job wrapping the furniture and were very willing to address all our concerns for highly sensitive items. If you're dealing with Greg you'll be in safe hands.

The reason I choose Royal Moving was the fact they are doing what major van lines don't do anymore. We had 3 IN-Home estimators come and spend approximately 20 minutes taking inventory but not discussing our needs. I found Vlad on Thumbtack and was pleasantly surprised. She took the entire inventory that was given to her and did a proposal for us. She stopped by our home and checked inventory against the one supplied. Yes, there were some changes but she sat with us for over an hour answering all questions. This is what'smissing from the large moving company's. Customer service, professional curiosity and actually listening to the clients needs. When I called to set up long term warehousing and payments, Mimi was informative and delightful to work with. Our belongings will be with them for a year plus. Stored in a climate control storage facility. The moving crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They packed everything with extreme care. When I asked for our china and crystal to be extra wrapped they did so without question. The movers were hard working and very respectful of our belongings and home. When you're spending thousands on a move you deserve excellence and Royal Moving delivers all of that and more.

Moving is always very stressful, my friend recommended this company for me and they did a really good job. I will definitely be using their services again in the very near future. I highly recommend for everyone who is moving!

I could not have been happier with my decision to use Royal Moving for my move. Not only did everything arrive intact but was pleased to see it was wrapped in recyclable paper. Everyone I dealt with at the company was helpful and considerate. I could not have asked for anything better.
