I hired Royal Moving for a local move across town. The actual moving crew was phenomenal. Disassembled and reassembled furniture quickly and expertly and beat their own time estimate by over an hour. The guys showed up on time and worked hard. They were friendly and asked questions to make sure the furniture was where and how I wanted it, and they were very careful with both my home and my furniture. On the other hand, my experience with the office was ok. Phone conversations trying to schedule an in-home estimate were discombobulated - I was pleasantly surprised when someone actually showed up - and for some reason it took a couple of days before they could track down the estimate that had been compiled and email it to me. Then, I received a call the day before the scheduled move asking if I could push the move back a day. Apparently, they had just realized they didn't have any suitable trucks available. It actually worked out fine for me, as it pushed the move back to a Saturday and we just missed out on having another weekend day to unpack, but I would understand how a last-minute request like that could really stress some people out or mess up their plans. Moving can be a very stressful process, and working up to the day of the move with Royal Moving added to this stress a bit, but overall, the professionalism and skill of the movers more than made up for it. I was nervous and unsure I had made the right decision right up until the movers arrived, but in the end I was very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Having never used a moving company before, I was a little worried about the process. I had several walkthroughs and multiple quotes for an in-state move of a four-bedroom house, including some packing. Greg and Royal Moving were professional and worked with me on every aspect of the process, answering every question quickly. Our initial quote from them was low, and we made an adjustment based on a competing bid's scope with which I was more comfortable. Royal Moving showed on time the day of the move with four movers. They immediately got to work packing and disassembling furniture, and we were all packed and on the truck in 6-7 hours. Not a wall or floor was scratched. You could tell they took great care in wrapping furniture, as well. On the other end, they were actually EARLY for the delivery! They were waiting for us after we got to the new place directly from signing the papers. They were courteous, worked quickly, and asked questions if boxes weren't clear. Overall a great experience.

Right on time and very professional. All three movers worked tirelessly and swiftly. Items were wrapped and moved well with the exception of the refrigerator. They had trouble getting it thru the doors which resulted in some scrapes and a ding in the door.

This was an out of state move, and communication was outstanding! Vlad was very helpful with the process and her knowledge was absolutely paramount to making this go so smoothly. Scheduling was prompt, and time frames we kept. I would highly recommend Royal Moving Van Lines to anyone in need of a moving service.

These guys were great! Very professional and fast. They finished under the budgeted time, which saved me money. I will definitely use this company for all my future moves.
