Five stars ... as good as it gets. We were pressed with a short schedule and a big house. Maurice came to our house on short notice, assessed the situation and even encouraged us to get a second estimate. The 2nd estimate was lower, but Maurice was far more professional. It was to be a three day "ordeal" for us, with some extra complications to pick up items from multiple sites (storage locker, another house). Royal Moving handled everything in TWO days, saving us several thousand dollars resulting in a lower cost than the 2nd estimate folks. There were 5 guys, led by Lewis, who worked their fannies off with pleasant good humor the whole time. They protected and carried everything with ZERO damage to anything! On several occasions we stood out of the way, watched, and said "Amazing".

I first used Royal Moving in May to pack and move my belongings from VA to MA. The customer service was exceptional! After speaking with various moving companies and ultimately feeling nervous to move forward with any of them, it was very refreshing to speak with Vlad at Royal Moving. Vlad was informative and very professional. The movers were efficient and the delivery was earlier than expected! I contacted Vlad again for a last minute job and although a truck was not available for my window to move out west, Vlad went the extra mile to provide tips on identifying warning signs, scams, and provided the estimate they would have used to move my belongings. The person who answered the phone was courteous and informative. Setting up a time for the move was quick and easy. I received two emails, one of which detailed the insurance options, which I greatly appreciated. The movers arrived within the window of time allotted and performed the move quickly and efficiently with kindness. I would definitely recommend this company for a move!
