Great customer service, these guys work hard but yet treat your belongings like they own them. I am a real estate broker and for years couldn't find a great moving company. My family made the big move this week and couldn't be happier with our choice in companies.

These guys were all great. They packed our home in Va, worked with our timeline for a cross country travel. What really stands out is that the entire crew at every step of the way was cheerful and eager to help. Moving is stressful, but this one aspect of their behavior stands out; attitude made this experience entirely pleasent. As for price, I'll say two important things about Royal Moving and both are important if you're considering a interstate move. The first is that they maintain custody of your property. Other companies working under big brand names actually transfer your property to the next franchisee from state to state. The second point is that Royal Moving was very competitive on price. Being Military we have moved and know moving and the dark side. A few days before our move Vlad showed up with donuts and coffee as we were clearing things out. She said I just want to get a handle on how things are going. Vlad is head and shoulders above others in customer service. We will be in Royal Moving own storage for a year then have our belongings deliver to our new home. Excellent and Execeptional
