Picked up a small trailer for a one week rental...took a little while b/c they were busy (a good sign in my book), and the service was very friendly. No issues dropping it off, and they were gracious when I was a little past their normal rental time. I'll def use them again

We were fortunate to use Royal Moving Movers. Vlad and her staff were excellent. The movers were very friendly and worked with minimal break and interruptions. All items were placed properly and safely on truck. The strength displayed was phenomenal. They are top notch movers to carry refrigerators, freezers, and extra large file cabinets up and down stairs without any damage. We had some additional packing that Royal Movings did when they arrived. I cannot say enough good things. They serviced the move 100 percent. That was a relief, so many companies turn over to 3rd parties which we did not want. Vlad checked in before , during and after the move, she certainly is one of the best customer service representative I've ever dealt with. I have referred others to her to move and she is taking care of them as well. Highly Recommend this company.

I recently used Royal Moving Van Lines for a local move, and I would highly recommend them! Our move was from a five-bedroom home to a different house nearby with in-law accommodations. The move also required temporary storage, and Royal Moving was able to accommodate our needs. I mainly interacted with Vlad Carole who was very pleasant to work with, and she communicated with us several times as the estimate was finalized and throughout the moving process. Vlad came and gave us an estimate for the initial move from our home to storage, then from storage to our new home. The estimate was accurate and quite reasonable for essentially two moves and a month of storage in the Royal Moving warehouse. We opted to pack our own boxes, and Royal Moving included most of the required packing materials in their fees. We went on two occasions to their location in Rockville to obtain the packing materials. These materials included several different sizes of boxes and packing paper. For both moving days (from home to storage and from storage to our final destination) we were called the day before with details of the crew arrival time. The crew was very punctual, and even arrived slightly earlier than the indicated time. William, the foreman, was easy to work with and did a great job coordinating the team of movers. The crew expertly protected our furniture items by wrapping them in shrink-wrap and heavy moving blankets. They performed furniture disassembly and reassembly at the final destination. There were no missing parts and all of our items arrived safely and in good condition at our final destination. Our move involved several heavy items including a piano, an upright freezer, and a sleeper sofa. These items were moved with expertise and treated with care. The team worked diligently throughout both moves and they protected the floors by laying out runners. Royal Moving Van Lines made our move a pleasure from beginning to end. The costs were reasonable and accurately defined up front. Thanks again to all the professionals at Royal Moving!
