I was very happy with the service provided by Royal Moving Van Lines on my recent move from Virginia to Ohio. Vlad came to my house and did the estimate and Vlad Carole followed up. They had the lowest estimate price and the clearest, and it was guaranteed "not to exceed." They did everything that they said they would do, including supplying lots of free boxes (which I had to pick up in advance). When I picked up the boxes, I noticed that their warehouse was organized and clean. They picked up my stuff on day one in May, loaded into a 26' truck, and delivered it all on day 2. The crew that came were friendly, polite and efficient, and most importantly, careful. Overall, everything got done when they said it would be done and the quality of the actual move was excellent. They were credible and helpful. I would use them again in an instant. Before I signed the agreement, I asked them to explain the bad review they had received, and they explained it to my satisfaction, in such detail, that I couldn't help but to believe them.
