Absolutely fantastic. Three young men helped me move today. They moved quite a bit (including a piano) in two hours, for less than half the price of a moving company I used before. The young men helping me today were very friendly and professional. You won't regret using this company!!

This is related to Yong Li's review on July 31st. I'm Yong Li's wife. The dispute between Royal Moving and Yong Li has been settled. They were able to offer a $225 reimbursement, although they still argued the storage charge was legitimate. Also what made me give them a 4 star instead of a 5 is they didn't do the weight correctly at first. They just estimated the weight based on the cubic footage, rather than giving us the weight tickets. My husband had to call them and make them to provide the tickets (which were a few hundred pounds lower than the estimate). So be aware of this.

It should have been more than five star rating. But I can’t help but award them only five stars. The full service van lines are the king in moving sector. No company I found such professional and supportive like they are. They have been fairly good to us from the beginning to end of their service. They put extra blankets over my glass table and mirrors and on tv. They moved some of my most cherished belongings with such a great care, I think I might not have been able to be careful like them. Beside of this, the folks came on time not only on move day but they followed accurate stint to deliver. It was a hundred percent perfect move with no grudge from my side. The truth is, I am looking forward to hire them again in my next coming move. Highly recommended.
