So for my move, I didn't hesitate to call this company in particular. Miles was my office contact and got me signed up for the move quickly and efficiently. He is incredibly friendly over the phone which I really appreciated.

The manager, William, really went out of his way to help me move despite multiple unexpected delays. He absorbed the logistical costs that came with urgent rescheduling, and was super nice about it. William always were responsive, so that I wasn't nervous about not being able to reach the company. I am also indebted to Freddy, the team leader of people who actually wrapped my furniture and moved my stuff. He volunteered to work overtime in order to deliver my shipment to my new apartment the next day. I am SO grateful! I cannot imagine that any other moving company would do this for a customer. Royal Movings truly overdelivered for me!

These guys were awesome!! They arrived on time, no hidden charges, polite and clean. As an added bonus they took down and put back up my bed in the new place. Above and beyond great guys.
