I moved yesterday and, out of all the moving services I’ve used over the years, Royal Moving & Storage was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, they were incredibly communicative, always confirming details, staying in touch, and accommodating even my last-minute changes with professionalism and respect.Best of all, I had the pleasure of having Dmitrii and Sergey as my movers, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were polite, respectful, hardworking, and adjusted to every request I had without hesitation. I only take the time to write reviews when I receive truly exceptional service, and they absolutely earned it.In many of my past moving experiences, I’ve unfortunately had items damaged or broken — TVs, computer monitors, and other valuables. This time was completely different. Dmitrii and Sergey took extra care with everything, making sure all of my belongings were properly wrapped, protected, carried carefully, and delivered safely. Nothing was rushed, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right.I would absolutely use Royal Moving & Storage again, and I would specifically request Dmitrii and Sergey. We had a team of three -Ilya, Nick & Kareem who helped us with our move from a large one bedroom apartment to a house with stairs and corners. We have heavy, wooden furniture, so the guys did a phenomenal job wrapping and securing everything properly. They took their time with the move and made sure not to damage items or any walls/doors. They put in max effort getting our couch into the new place and helped us assemble a few furniture.They were communicative throughout the booking process and gave us quotes ahead of time, so there were no surprises at the end of the 9 hr day! I've used a couple other companies previously that weren't nearly as careful and scratched walls, broke things, or destroyed my plants, etc. This move literally all of my stuff arrived in perfect condition, not a single scrape on the walls of our new place, and they had a cart for my plants and treated all ~10 of them so carefully that there wasn't even a single bent leaf. We were really impressed with them and would highly recommend to anyone.--Prev review:Extremely professional and reliable company that was on the ball and really easy to deal with. They really impressed me leading up to our move. Booking was easy, quote was very reasonable, and communication was prompt and professional. We unfortunately had to cancel our move last-minute due to an undisclosed hazard in our new place and they were so professional and understanding with how they handled it even though they only had about 12 hours notice and easily could have gotten frustrated or insisted on payment. Good people. I will 100% be using them for our next move.
