Luis and his crew were a tremendous asset! We've used their services twice and we were happy both times. On time, careful with furniture, and friendly. We definitely recommend them and will be back one more time when we finally buy a house.

I have nothing but good things to say about Royal Moving. After my last move with a different company, I was skeptical that a company could manage to exceed my expectations, but Royal Moving was able to do so. Here's why I gave them 5 stars: Vlad, Vlad, and entire moving crew made this easier. 1) They were very responsive before the move ever happened. I had a few questions that involved back and forth over the phone, and they always got back to me quickly. They were not the cheapest mover and here are the reasons why. 2) On the day of the move, they were right on time. I was moving from a 3 story townhouse complex that can be a little tricky to navigate, but they were right in the beginning part of the time window I was provided. 3) They were professional. They knew exactly what to do with all my furniture and seemed to work really well together. They had good questions and were full of good ideas. 4) They were nice. It's not necessarily a requirement, but it was really great that the team was personable and really pleasant to work with. On such a stressful occasion as a moving day, it just makes everything easier when you can be dealing with friendly people. 5) They were exactly on the budget we were given. After my last move with the other company where the cost ended up being nearly double the original estimate, I was really hoping for a better experience with a company like Royal Moving. I was VERY pleasantly surprised that the estimate matched the final price I paid. 6) Nothing was broken, damaged, etc. From ensuring that the carpet in our new house was untouched, to making sure that our belongings (and our walls) were unharmed, I was very pleased with the care the team took with our belongings. I knew from reading Royal Moving's site that their movers get a lot of training, and I could tell from seeing their work. I am definitely a happy customer and will be using them the next time I need to move.
