Nick and his team were fantastic and very efficient! we moved from a 2 story townhome to a single story full 3bd home. they took great care of the furniture when packing and setting the furniture back. assembling and putting it back together was well done. highly recommend! The value is well worth it!

Eugene and Tim were the most amazing, kindest, most professional team. I was totally impressed with the way they handled everything. I’m a woman of color moving alone and I felt very comfortable and safe with them and I have the deepest gratitude for the help they provided. Nick and Yan were fantastic with the move. They were very careful with our valuables, incredibly quick and efficient, and a wonderful attitude. I'd work with Royal Moving just for these two alone. Please be sure to work with the office to ensure they have enough support. Despite our accounting of all our furniture and numerous boxes that was provided to the office, they decided to only send two movers. This should have been a three to four person job. Despite this Nick and Jan did great, but I really wish they were staffed accordingly for this job.

Nick and Yan saved the day with our move! We had a lot of heavy furniture and breakable decor and they wrapped everything perfectly and nothing was broken. They had great attitudes during the day and kept smiling even when having to run up and down the stairs all day. It's worth noting that even though I filled out the itinerary with a variety of furniture and explained how much stuff we had, Royal only sent 2 people. This move would have been faster and cheaper had they sent more.
