I was provided with the best service a customer could wish for when I moved from DC to Florida. From the moment I contacted Royal Moving to the delivery of the things they were outstanding. The pricing was excellent as well and when the size and weight exceeded the estimate I had, Vlad worked with me to find a good solution. I hired the full packaging service and 4 employees came to my home and did a very good and quick job. To my surprise, because I was told it might take longer, I was called two days after the move letting me know that they were ready to deliver the boxes and furniture the following day, and this time the crew was excellent as well. As I asked to deliver some things at a house and also at a storage facility the boxes were marked accordingly. One day after I received the boxes that were marked house I noticed that I was missing some things. I called the wonderful Vlad and she told me that she was going to contact a partner company to help me look into the boxes that were in the storage - at no charge to me. Since they were booked, she suggested a place I could call to get the help I needed, sending her the bill. And sure enough I found the things that were misplaced. I have only good things to say about this company. Moving is not an easy task but Royal Moving made it very easy for me, all in less than a week! THANK YOU!!!

Vlad with Royal Moving was very caring and helpful. She always cared about my concerns and was always there for me. Vlad took a lot of time with me to allow me to do the research necessary in order to make my decision. She was never pushy or pressured me. Her price was accurate and Service was smooth. Royal Moving were one of the best movers, they were patient, very fast and careful with all of my things, I highly recommend anyone to hire these guys to do the job, trust and believe they will get the job done.

This was my 26th move and these guys are great! So reasonable! I did have several things break, which for me is very unusual, but it was mainly my fault, I was a little sloppy this time when packing. They moved me in 5 hours and it would have been far less if my silly apartment did not have a really long stepped walkway. At the house, they assembled and arranged all my furniture, really professional!

Great experience. I worked with the sales person who set my expectations and gave me a written quote. They packed my entire house which was over 4000 square feet. All of my goods arrived and was unloaded within the time they said it would. They let me know which day it would be there. Would definitely use again.
