The movers were very experienced and helpful--that made a very stressful move much easier! The cost was a little higher than quoted and higher than a previous move last year and invlolved less items. Overall I would recommend them.

I was very happy with the service provided by Royal Moving Van Lines on my recent move from Virginia to Ohio. Vlad came to my house and did the estimate and Vlad Carole followed up. They had the lowest estimate price and the clearest, and it was guaranteed "not to exceed." They did everything that they said they would do, including supplying lots of free boxes (which I had to pick up in advance). When I picked up the boxes, I noticed that their warehouse was organized and clean. They picked up my stuff on day one in May, loaded into a 26' truck, and delivered it all on day 2. The crew that came were friendly, polite and efficient, and most importantly, careful. Overall, everything got done when they said it would be done and the quality of the actual move was excellent. They were credible and helpful. I would use them again in an instant. Before I signed the agreement, I asked them to explain the bad review they had received, and they explained it to my satisfaction, in such detail, that I couldn't help but to believe them. Royal Moving inspired my confidence in their ability to do the job well, they exceeded my expectations. We had a slight hiccup and on a stressful move day. Vlad made us comfortable about the situation. On the following day the main office called and Mimi took good care of us. Great work, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, they charged exactly what was quoted. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: They take care od customers and are very honest, highly recommend.

James was courteous and quick. I reserved the unit ahead of time so I had no issues with getting my unit. The area was clean and the price for my unit is great. Thank you!

The best movers I have ever had, period!!! Arrived inside the time frame, worked efficiently and took great care of our furniture and precious items. Hopefully we are done moving but I would recommend them any day of the week!!!
