Very important for you to understand a moving company that offers their own climate control warehouse with your items sealed in vaults is very important. Royal Moving owns their own facility, with a sprinkler system, security, cameras, no rodent issues. Vlad was always on top of everything, returned all my calls and texted or emailed me updates. She is very responsive to all questions and YOUR CONCERNS! Daniel and his team arrived on time and worked diligently protecting our belongings. They executed everything from floor protection, with zero issues with the building requirements such as usage of stairs and elevator. They were not the lowest but you get what you pay for, and the price was more than fair for the quality of work they performed. Mimi made the billing simple and painless! I highly recommend Royal Moving.
