Very good experience with these guys. no bait and switch like ive heard with others. they treat my stuff like it was their own, they even helped me pack. it did take much longer than i thought it would but i'd rather the job get done right than get done fast. I would recommend them for your next move. Ally was very very reassuring and helpful.

Vlad emailed me back today and informed me: 1. The warehouse, sadly, had no boxes left for us. She did, however, provide information on how to put in a claim to get reimbursed for this loss. They would make up any difference if there is an issue from the claim. 2. They are mailing a check to me to cut the excess cost I had to pay over the quote amount!! I cannot express my gratitude to Vlad and Royal Moving Van Lines for hearing me and making sure I am a happy customer at the end of the day. I would absolutely recommend this company as they are all about striving for excellence and keeping the customer happy. I am so happy to be able to change my initial review to something so great. Vlad has been fantastic to work with and and the movers were fantastic. Thank you!!!
