Painless and pleasant. My girlfriend and I moved with the help of Royal Moving Company. Our day included loading up two separate apartments, dropping off at our new place and placing the rest in storage for a total of four stops in one day. The crew was professional, courteous and efficient. No items were damaged as all were wrapped meticulously. I would highly recommend RMC for your next move; not only do they deliver, but they are also priced very competitively!

I thought I was going to be able to move my two bedroom apartment with my girlfriend but she ended up getting sick the weekend of the move(thankfully not CovID-19). My initial call to this company was great. The representative was very friendly and accommodating. I called them on a Saturday, and they were able to fit me in the next day. I made the mistake and only asked for two movers. After I boxed everything, I realized there was quite a bit more to move than I expected. On the day of the move, the movers arrived early! The movers did agree that they would require another mover to assist with the move. The manager of the company was able to get us another mover to assist last minute and he arrived within an hour of being called. They handled everything with care and seemed to have an efficient process of moving items from my apartment located on the 6th floor down to the truck. My new home has three stories with narrow stairs. We wanted one of our couches to be placed on the loft which overlooked the family room. There was no way they would have been able to carry/fit the couch up the stairs, but they did manage to lift the couch up to the loft from the family room. I was very impressed with the attention to detail during this move. They covered the rails, the floor and the walls to make sure they were not damaged. The entire move took about 6 hours. Thank you, Kamran, Gleb and Igor! The three of you made our move so much less stressful. This teams deserves 5-stars for the move.

We had Royal to move from our apartment into our new home. Great experience! They arrived at 8am sharp and worked straight till they were done. Took about 4-5 hours to pack up our apartment and load the truck and 2 hours to unpack and rebuild some furniture. The team is extremely responsive often returning an email within the hour. And they were accommodating to last minute scheduling changes. Would highly recommend!

I will never use another moving company again. RMC is the best from start to finish. They were super responsive and professional throughout the process of getting a quote, getting my questions answered, and scheduling my move. They offered a remarkably reasonable rate. And the day of the move was even better. Alex and his team were total pros. They were efficient, considerate, and extremely careful with my belongings. Alex provided suggestions and materials to make sure everything stayed clean and secure during the move and on arrival. If you're in RMC's service area, don't use anyone else!

Matt and his team did fantastic job moving during this hot October weather. They made sure that my things arrived safely and where I wanted to be. The moving was fast and him and his partner championed up my elevatorless apartment.

I just moved and got everything unpacked. Daniel, Wayne and Scott were amazing! They were very patient with me and my last minute changes! Most importantly, they managed to navigate difficult sets of stairs without damaging walls, floors, etc. All my stuff arrived safe and sound without anything being broken. I definitely recommend!

I just needed a few extra arms and muscle and I got them! Team Jovanni, Yatil, Courtney, and Deorie provided professional, efficient service. They listened and carefully moved my items from storage to my condo. They also helped move items within my condo. They were also pleasant to talk to and get to know. They arrived on time. My stuff had been in storage for years and everything was covered in dust. They were wonderful and swept everything as they packed and they left my storage unit swept. As they worked, Jovanni kept everything on order. Everyone wore masks (properly, over their noses). I deeply appreciated the care they took about everything. Thank you so much!
