I move a lot because I am a historian and I use movers all the time. I just happen to run across Royal Moving website by accident when browsing for movers. The last mover I had wasn't terrible but I was looking to save a few bucks (who isnt?). In any case, they staff was knowledgeable and the quoted me a price that was a little under what everyone else was quoting plus they could fit me in a little sooner than what everyone else could. So I went with them. Long story short, I was charged under the quoted price and my stuff was delivered on time.

This is a really great moving company that exceeded my expectations in every single possible way. I did quite a lot of research with several moving companies, read reviews online, talked to people at work who had moved recently, etc. From the moment that Royal Moving did our estimate, I felt confident that they would get our business, we found everyone to be honest, respectful and trustworthy and their price was extremely competitive. Their movers arrived on time and professionally packed all my stuff into their truck. Rocky their driver was very helpful and clear, he gave us a spread for a delivery date which they kept. The long-haul driver and team were excellent. Everything arrived in New Jersey with all of our belongings intact, nothing missing or damaged. We highly recommend this company and their workers who managed to make us feel at ease during what would otherwise have been a super stressful move across the country. Top notch company, that took care of our furniture pictured below. ZERO DAMAGE~!

I recommend Royal Moving wholeheartedly! From my first call through and including the quote process, the packing, moving, storage and free pick up of opened/flattened boxes and paper in bags, I was wowed. It was also great to have a few of the same team both pack and move me, and then one of the guys who moved me pick up the recycling. It was like dealing with family!

Picked up a small trailer for a one week rental...took a little while b/c they were busy (a good sign in my book), and the service was very friendly. No issues dropping it off, and they were gracious when I was a little past their normal rental time. I'll def use them again

I recently used Royal Moving Van Lines for a local move, and I would highly recommend them! Our move was from a five-bedroom home to a different house nearby with in-law accommodations. The move also required temporary storage, and Royal Moving was able to accommodate our needs. I mainly interacted with Vlad Carole who was very pleasant to work with, and she communicated with us several times as the estimate was finalized and throughout the moving process. Vlad came and gave us an estimate for the initial move from our home to storage, then from storage to our new home. The estimate was accurate and quite reasonable for essentially two moves and a month of storage in the Royal Moving warehouse. We opted to pack our own boxes, and Royal Moving included most of the required packing materials in their fees. We went on two occasions to their location in Rockville to obtain the packing materials. These materials included several different sizes of boxes and packing paper. For both moving days (from home to storage and from storage to our final destination) we were called the day before with details of the crew arrival time. The crew was very punctual, and even arrived slightly earlier than the indicated time. William, the foreman, was easy to work with and did a great job coordinating the team of movers. The crew expertly protected our furniture items by wrapping them in shrink-wrap and heavy moving blankets. They performed furniture disassembly and reassembly at the final destination. There were no missing parts and all of our items arrived safely and in good condition at our final destination. Our move involved several heavy items including a piano, an upright freezer, and a sleeper sofa. These items were moved with expertise and treated with care. The team worked diligently throughout both moves and they protected the floors by laying out runners. Royal Moving Van Lines made our move a pleasure from beginning to end. The costs were reasonable and accurately defined up front. Thanks again to all the professionals at Royal Moving!
