I had a great move with Royal Moving, Greg was easy to work with and very professional. No problems at all. My move cost $250 less then what was quoted to me.

My move took place from the D.C. metro area to Los Angeles, California. I had 4 in homes and prices varied as well as what they offered. However, Royal Moving was a little more, but offered more in services. They, promised excellence service, quality packing and delivered on point. I wasn't pressured at all by them to use their serivces. They were the only company that did not hound and call excessively. Vlad is laid back, easy to work with and very good at her job. She and everyone else makes themselves available for questions. The logistic team kept me informed and updated when driver was arriving in LA. Billing was easy, accurate and no additional cost. No surprises, no up selling, my contract was exactly what estimator gave. 5 Star Service

Excellent movers... Prompt, fast and efficient. Two guys moved my entire house upstairs and down stairs including the pool table in two hours. They were incredible fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Setting up the move with Great nation was a breeze. Unfortunately, that was the easy part. Many of the things they told me such as "it will be one of our employees" delivering to my new location, turned out to not be true. They told me a logistics person would go through the contents of the house with me (virtually via photos) a couple days before the move to to update the estimate, but that never happened. This resulted in me having an extra $1k or so in volume and packing charges on the day of pickup. I knew I had a few extra things, but had I known some of the stupid random shaped things were going to cost me that much extra, I would have just given them away instead of having them packed so expensively. Neither of the pickup packer guys mentioned this until they were done. Getting the goods delivered also became a headache. A truck driver who was most definitely not part of their company started calling and texting me a couple days in advance to insist that they had to use a shuttle truck to get the goods delivered. He texted me pics of his truck and my street (that he got off the internet) and claimed there was no way it could get up the hill so I had to pay an extra $$ shuttle service. Why couldn't this have been done when they provided the original estimate? Why did they break their word about employees being accountable to them? I honestly don't care what truck or what their problem is, it was their responsibility to check this out up front. Also, there was a lot of back and forth about paying the final payment upon delivery with cash. The pickup driver told me when they deliver, that I had to pay cash or cashiers check. That was the first time I heard that. When I inquired back with Royal Moving, I was told that was not true, and that driver was recently made part of their company and didn't "know all the rules" or something to that effect. But true to form, when the delivery driver started contacting me, I was again told cash or cashier's check. So I again contacted Royal Moving to ask about this, and was again told EXPLICITLY not to go get a cashiers check, and they would "put a note in my file" that I could pay with a check or CC. Of course, when the delivery did arrive, I was not an idiot and had cash available, but true to form, the driver still insisted on cash. At this point the wonderfully responsive people at great nation were suddenly too busy to return my calls and/or when I did speak to a person, the senior partner woman Vlad now told me there was some OTHER senior person who would get back to me about all of this. They never did. Overall, my stuff arrived, but I felt like I was flimflammed on the price and delivery details. I would not recommend them.

Absolutely great movers! Really kind and patient, especially since we were moving into a new condo building with an elevator etc.

This moving company are THE people you should hire to move you. A really professional and well-run operation from office to the moving crew. Vlad answered the phone, responds to emails almost instantly, they are alway friendly and helpful. For our move they came in on estimate and did an excellent job. The crew that picked us up delivered us as well. That was the biggest issue for us not being farmed to some third party. Guys were awesome, very nice, hard working, and we're all around professionals. Really, really impressed with them. Being with the government we move alot, they were hands down the best company we have used. I highly recommend Royal Moving Movers.

Royal Moving moved us yesterday and let me tell you they're worth every penny! They were fast and super efficient! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is needing movers. Mario, Jesus and Travis were amazing and a pleasure to work with. I hope we never have to move again but if we ever do we will definitely be using Firehouse!

Chris and his crew do a great job. Extremely affordable and very professional. I will definitely be hiring them for future moves. Not a single piece of my furniture was damaged in any way shape or form. They are quick but make sure your stuff is secured and wrapped well. Thanks for making our move easy!

Huge shout out today to the Royal Moving Company Crew! I called around 8:30 am. I was in a huge bind with some clients who needed their furniture picked up from Nebraska Furniture Mart and delivered to their new home this afternoon. They jumped through hoops, got everything delivered, put together and out the door and record timing. These guys were a lifesaver! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!
